Alexander Kasyanenko
CTO (Chief Technology Officer)
Over 25 years of professional experience in the energy sector (since 1995).
Deep practical expertise in managing solar power plants (SPP), ensuring uninterrupted power generation, and technical maintenance of energy systems.
Years of experience as a State Energy Supervision Inspector, as well as a relay protection and automation engineer at substations.
Holds a higher education degree in electrical power supply systems and the highest (Group V) electrical safety qualification.
Svitlana Myronova
CAO (Chief Accounting Officer)
Significant experience in comprehensive accounting and financial management of large-scale energy infrastructure facilities.
Specializes in financial planning for energy projects, supporting credit agreements, and strictly monitoring bank covenant compliance.
Deep expertise in working with state financing programs (in partnership with state banks) and coordinating with insurance companies.
Successful practical experience interacting with key operators in the Ukrainian energy market (NPC Ukrenergo, Guaranteed Buyer).
Kateryna Mavrova
Supply Chain & Logistics Manager
Provides full documentary support for international transactions and monitors contract execution.
Coordinates and maintains direct communication with energy equipment suppliers from China and Europe at all stages of order fulfillment.
Responsible for strict auditing of export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
Exercises physical control over equipment shipments at departure ports and coordinates with independent surveying inspections.
Organizes seamless cargo reception and processing at destination ports, fully manages import procedures, and effectively interacts with customs authorities for swift customs clearance.
